In our Casa Nova you find a large living room with open side room, further a dining kitchen with a terrace, a substantial bedroom, and a shower/toilet, all at one level. Another, small bedroom has an entrance of its own, to be reached over an external staircase and a large terrace.

The kitchen doors open onto a beautiful, sunny terrace. There are four one-person beds (80 x 190/80 x 200 cm), further a convertible bed and a little bed for toddlers. The kitchen has flowing cold and hot water, a fridge, a stove with oven, and a laundry machine, plus all the basics for 4 to 6 persons. In May and September it is often commendable in the evenings to kindle the woodstove; between October and April most certainly so. There is also a little electric heater.

The house is safe for toddlers, as the terraces are thoroughly fenced off and there is only a small level difference between the various rooms (except the small bedroom upstairs).

The house has a parking place of its own, safe behind a lockable gate.

Everything else is up for mutual consideration.
We assume that the house is left behind in the same clean state in which you found it. For prolonged stays you may find it advisable to hire a cleaning lady once or twice. However, if you want to hire a cleaning lady for cleaning after departure, it will be € 40.

Ordinary usage of gas, electricity and water is included in the rent.
