Bevera

The vacation cottage in Bussare is ideal if you love nature and want to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. In addition to beautiful and challenging hikes in the area, you'll truly take a step back in time. A while without internet, without distractions, and really being together. You'll experience this in our vacation cottage.

About a 30-minute drive from Bussare is the city of Ventimiglia. In Ventimiglia, you will find various supermarkets, a large market, and the beach.

In our vacation cottage, you can experience what it's like to be surrounded by nature. During the day, you might hear a car or moped pass by once an hour, but otherwise, only crickets, songbirds, and falcons. At night, you'll hear the rustling of squirrels and the calls of owls. Those who pay attention will find rare plants: wild hyacinths and orchids, fragrant wild primroses, and wood violets.

Orchidee

In the distance, you can hear the flowing water of the Bussare stream, where you can usually swim well in the summer. Only during the summer period, from mid-July to the first week of August, is there a bit more crowd in the village of Bussare. Then it becomes more touristy but still remains an oasis of tranquility. For children, it's especially fun during this time because they can always find Dutch friends. For social interactions, there is the bar in Olivetta San Michele, where you can find both foreigners and Italians mingling during the holiday season, and only Italians outside of it. The opening hours vary quite a bit. In the summer, the Italians cook every Saturday for anyone who wants to join for a reasonable price at the former restaurant Occitana in Via Ginestrea.
